Contribution
to costs
- Participation in the 6th Global
Congress requires a contribution to costs of €950. This
contribution to costs includes working papers, participation
in working sessions, lunches and refreshments served during
breaks.
- A 20 percent discount is offered
to those registering before November 30.
- Travel and hotel expenses
are not included.
Waiver of contribution
to costs
- Registration fees will be waived
for governmental representatives of Member States of INTERPOL,
WCO, WIPO, staff members of those organizations, representatives
of other intergovernmental organizations, government officials,
and speakers.
- Registration fees will be waived
for accredited journalists. Accreditation and registration procedures
for journalists can be found here.
Participant responsibilities
- Participants are responsible
for making their own visa, and travel
and hotel arrangements.
- Participants will be asked to
provide a photo ID or passport to receive their Congress badges
at the entrance to the Congress.
Cancellations
or changes
- Cancellation requests received
after 1 January 2011 are not refundable.
- Cancellation requests received
before 1 January 2011 are refundable at 50% of the registration
fee. Note, any such refunds will be processed between 20-22
February 2011.
- The registration may be transferred
to another person from the same company or organization at no
extra charge, provided that changes are registered with the
Congress prior to the beginning of the Congress.
On-site
registration will open at the Congress Center
on 2 February at 07h30.
