The 4th Global Congress was held at the Mina A' Salam Hotel, Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai, 3-5 February 2008.

Notes on registration refunds

• Cancellation requests received after 15 January 2008 are not refundable.
• Cancellation requests received before 15 January 2008 are refundable at 50 % of the registration fee. Note, any such refunds will be processed between 15-25 February 2008.
• The registration may be transferred to another person from the same company or organization at no extra charge, provided that changes are registered with the Congress prior to the beginning of the Congress.
