The
Alberto
and Annette Giacometti Foundation is a non-for-profit
institution created in December 2003 by the artist’s
widow, Annette Giacometti. The Foundation is the majority
holder of the copyright of the author Alberto Giacometti.
Together with the minority holders it has formed the Comité
Giacometti to authenticate works and to grant permission
of reproduction of all works by Giacometti. In 2007, the

Trademark Association (INTA) is a not-for-profit membership
association of more than 5,800 trademark owners and professionals,
from more than 190 countries, dedicated to the support and
