Contribution
to costs
- Participation
in the Fifth Global Congress requires a contribution to costs
of €625. This contribution to costs includes working papers,
participation in working sessions, lunches and refreshments
served during breaks.
- Travel
and hotel expenses are not included.
Waiver
of contribution to costs
- Registration
fees will be waived for governmental representatives of Member
States of INTERPOL, WCO, WIPO, staff members of those organizations,
representatives of other intergovernmental organizations, government
officials, academics and speakers.
- Registration
fees will be waived for accredited journalists. Accreditation
and registration procedures for journalists can be found here.
Participant
responsibilities
- Participants
are responsible for making their own visa,
and travel and hotel arrangements.
- Participants
will be asked to provide a photo ID or passport to receive their
Congress badges at the entrance to the Congress.
Cancellations
or changes
- Cancellation
requests received after 15 November 2009 are not refundable.
- Cancellation
requests received before 15 November 2009 are refundable at
50% of the registration fee. Note, any such refunds will be
processed between 15-22 December 2009.
- The registration
may be transferred to another person from the same company or
organization at no extra charge, provided that changes are registered
with the Congress prior to the beginning of the Congress.
Special
note on registration process
The
5th Global Congress is conducted in partnership between WCO, Interpol,
WIPO, INTA, ISMA and ICC. Under this partnership
agreement, ICC is providing online registration services on
behalf of the six Congress partner organizations.
On-site
registration will open at the Congress Center on 30 November at
14h00.
